CUT&RUN was performed to profile BACH2, NRF2, and NFE2 occupancy in human primary CD34⁺ hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells (day 0) and erythroid cells differentiated from CD34⁺ HSPCs (day 8). Experiments were conducted under wild-type, scrambled control, and BACH2 shRNA knockdown conditions to assess the regulatory roles of these transcription factors during erythroid differentiation.
